Flexo Inks
We manufacture UV/LED curable flexographic inks, speciality varnishes and adhesives. These products are indigenously formulated with elaborate research to suit a variety of job substrates and applications. These include products for Narrow Web Flexo for labels, cartons and other relevant jobs.
Products:
- UV Flexo Inks - These inks are formulated with a high degree of formulary expertise to achieve an exceptional balance of press friendliness and performance. Shrink Sleeve formulations are also available, with high BWS rated pigmentations.
- UV Flexo Laminating Adhesive - The laminating adhesives are formulated to offer exceptional bond strength with various materials.
- UV Flexo Cold Foil Adhesive - The cold foil adhesive is designed to perform with a very good foil release and lay a pin hole free foiling effect, even with fine line art work.
- UV Flexo Metallic Inks - Metallic Silver with a good lay and sheen has won these products several accolades with customer appreciation.
- UV Flexo special effect inks and varnishes - Peel and Seal, Matte effect, High gloss and Benzophenone free are several special effect varnishes we manufacture.
- UV Flexo MonoKure Inks - MonoKure Inks are highly saturated colours, clean hues with a minimum BWS rating of 5-6. These inks provide the customer a choice to print fine details with the help of high line lower bcm anilox.
- UV Flexo Fluorescent Inks - Single component Fluorescent inks with high brightness and customised shades.
- UV Flexo Security Effect inks - Inks with covert features and pearlescent effect with secure features can be formulated as per end use. (Photochromic, Thermochromic, etc)
